Inside Out Toastmasters
Club Meeting Forms
Our “Grammarian’s Worksheet” is intended to help you in your role as the meeting GRAMMARIAN. Don’t let this form overwhelm you—try selecting just a few areas to focus on during the meeting.
The “Timer Worksheet” is intended to help you in your role as the meeting TIMER. The form is designed to be printed double sided and sliced in half to create two identical forms.

Don’t have a timing device? Use this online stopwatch when you are the timer! Remember to record the name and time for each speaker so that you will be ready for the TIMER’S REPORT at meeting’s end.
Project 1
This project marks the beginning of your Toastmasters journey. It is your opportunity to introduce yourself to the group and share something about yourself. We look forward to getting to know you as you deliver your first speech!
Project 2
Evaluations are at the heart of the Toastmasters experience. This manual will help you learn about how to give and receive feedback. Looking for a helpful way to participate in our meeting? Try being a speech evaluator!
Project 3
Many situations require a bit of research before delivering a speech. This manual will help you to explore effective ways to research a topic and then present your findings to an audience. For this project, try focusing in on something you love!
