// Strictly from a definitional point of view, debates are structures intended to promote formalized discussion, often with one speaker in favor of a position and another speaker in opposition. In recent weeks, we have been subjugated to the U.S. Presidential Debates, in which the nominees from the major political parties vie for votes from the electorate. If you are like me, you are THANKFUL that the debates are over for this election cycle. Now it is time to vote! From the perspective of our club, THE DEBATES are an opportunity for YOU to let us know what you think… about FUN topics.
